Love this series and anything she writes. One of my favorite authors. This is the second book in the Running in Fear series and the first book from this series for me. Even though I have not read the first I was able to pick up very quickly with the characters and the story line. I found this book to be an enjoyable read. So much going on in this story; betrayal, which could have been avoided if they just showed a little respect, losses which I wont say what was lost, and new characters added to the series. As lucky as Jaycee is to have three men in her bed that

With the non-stop action, suspense, erotic intimate scenes, and intriguing twists, you won't be able to put it down till the end. This is a great story, and I can't wait to see how it ends, hopefully in the next book. I'm still having my like/hate relationship with the alpha males in this story, especially when it

I have only read the first two books in this series and will not read anymore. This series plays out like a classic case of spousal abuse only this poor woman has to take it from multiple men because they are mates.
What a great book!! I just loved it and couldn't put it down until I was finished :)

The story had more depth with Jaycee going back to a home and friends she considers family, while we learn more of Jaycee's past. It was hard at times to like her Alpha mates because of the things they did and the humiliation she suffered at their hands. It was a very sad and tearful part of the story, and
