Book #2 for 2012: I was laughing my ass off as I was reading the book but underneath the punchlines and hilarity, I found it to be a very sad story. This is also my first Atalia. I resolve to read more of his works.

Eros Atalias Ligo na Ü, Lapit na Me focused on the life of Karl Vladimir Lennon J. Villalobos (or Intoy for short), and how Jen, his classmate, made him feel how love is, without any intentions of doing so.Intoy and Jen are classmates among others. Jen gave Intoy certain priveleges. Like going to bed with her, but he can not fall in love with her.The biggest crisis that happened was when Jen told Intoy that she is pregnant, and that its not Intoys. The following day, Jen is nowhere to be found.

My review after rereading the book in 2014I reread this book because Professor Eros S. Atalia will be our guest in our book club, Pinoy Reads Pinoy Books on January 10, 2015. This book won over his other works like Tatlong Gabi, Tatlong Araw (2 stars), It's Not That Complicated: Bakit Hindi pa Sasakupin ng mga Alien ang Daigdig sa 2012 (2 stars) and Wag Lang Di Makaraos: 100 Dagli (Mga Kwentong Pasaway, Paaway at Pamatay) (3 stars).
