Oh my god, this story is the queen of all cliches.
Beautiful rich girl with rich boyfriend who are very much in love with each other... CHECK!
Beautiful rich girl meets another equally rich guy (and a broody, mysterious one) and starts to develop a love-hate relationship with him... CHECK!
Boyfriend cheated and broody guy swoops in like the superhero he is... CHECK!
Airport scenes? CHECK!
Arranged marriage? CHECK!
Rich parents' business goes bankrupt and it's up to their children to resolve it... CHECK!
And hell, the best one of them all, deadly sickness and accidents. CHECK! CHECK! CHECK!
It's not that I'm hating the story. It was actually well-executed. The dialogues were hilarious especially when Kean and Courtney are throwing barbs at one another. I just didn't like how the story went so fast but since that's the author's prerogative, we'll respect the pacing.
Many people seem to have loved it, but I felt as if the story's lacking the romantic spark between the two... the chemistry. Their banters were great but when it comes to the romance? Not so much. I did like what Kean did at the cemetery, though.
I was going to give it two stars but since the protagonists weren't aggravating enough for me to want to throw the book against the wall, I'm giving this a three.

It wasn't as good as the one on wattpad. It broke my heart. Kulang. Bitin. Iba. Ansakit sa puso. Pero at least na publish sya. Yung book para kasing nirush talaga. Hay hay hay. Still Love it though. <3 KEAN <3
