When more corpses turn up, Lindsay asks her friends Claire Washburn of the medical examiner's office, Assistant D.A. 3 stars!Full review to come...Onto book 4 I go!3rd degree by James Patterson and just wow...... It was amazing. This is the third book in the womens murder club ,I loved the first one it was amazing The second book, while I loved I didnt really get into it as much as the first and then there was this one it was shocking. Not in a bad way in a good way. It had me so shocked James Patterson books can do that to you. They are really quick reads and have so many twists and turns leaving you wanting to read more. On the front cover it says one
Ehhh. This book showcases all that is wrong with the Women's Murder Club books. It had too much going on and we end up with a huge loss at the end of this one.Lindsay is investigating what appears to be a murder and then arson to cover it up of a wealthy Internet millionaire. It doesn't make a lot of sense, but the people behind this and other murders are going to aim to wipe out capitalism. The murder case really isn't front and center until it impacts one of the ladies that is part of the

Im always looking forward a new crime series to read, so gave the first couple of these a go.The series follows three women from San Francisco: Lindsay Boxer (a Police Officer), Cindy Thomas (Reporter) and Claire Washburn (a Medical Examiner).Whilst solving the crimes, the books follows each characters personal lives.Ive only read the first four, and quite liked them.Enjoyable enough, but wasnt completely hooked to want to grab the fifth one...
I must admit I was disappointed! While the story does have the same charm as the first 2, this one seemed more rushed, not so "in depth" and I feel Jill's whole "my husband hits me" story, was made, sorely for the purpose of thinking he was "the one" when she got killed. And I dont like that, as you dont get any hint at all in the first 2 books, that she is suffering at home (besides the whole "we are both very competitive people")Other things that seemed rushed too, was Cindy/Aaron, we heard so
HELP - I NEED HELP. I had 20 likes thanks to you all, and something has happened to them all and now I only have one. If possible, could you please re-insert? Thanks! Not begging. Thanks!!!!WOW!!! I've been reading these very much out of order, and to finally read Book #3 "3rd Degree" has been very revealing and is helping to fill in the holes that I haven't received up until then. Written by James Patterson and Andrew Gross. In this third offering in the Women's Murder Club series, "3rd Degree"
It's great to be able to read these Women Murder Club books in a row. I enjoy them for their pace and for having just enough content to hook me into the plot. Admittedly, the story-lines in these books aren't elaborately plotted, but they give the reader enough information to be interested. Same goes for the characterization; sometimes you wish the authors would delve a little deeper. Take Jill for instance, the ADA, and friend to Lindsay, Claire and Cindy; I wish I would have known a better. I
